Ultraband AN5404 5 GHz Wi-Fi Low Noise Amplifier (LNA)

The Ultraband AN5404 is a 5 GHz ISM-band low noise amplifier covering 4.9 to 5.9 GHz. It delivers 13 dB of gain with a noise figure below 1.5 dB from a single 3.3 V supply, improving receiver sensitivity at low power. The compact 1.5 x 1.5 mm DFN package suits standard SMT assembly.
