Ultraband AN5405 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Low Noise Amplifier (LNA)

The Ultraband AN5405 is a 2.4 GHz ISM-band low noise amplifier covering 2.4 to 2.5 GHz. It provides 13.5 dB of gain with a noise figure below 1.2 dB from a 3.3 V supply, in a compact 1.5 x 1.5 mm DFN package for standard SMT assembly.
