The GF-8048 is a GPS Disciplined Oscillator (GPSDO) designed specifically for digital terrestrial broadcasting, for use at both main and satellite stations. It incorporates a rubidium oscillator as its base, combined with an OCXO and GPS, to deliver highly accurate, stable 1PPS and 10 MHz outputs — even in blocked spaces or severe conditions, and during GPS signal loss (holdover).
Key Features
Highly stable frequency and accurate UTC time, obtainable worldwide.
Rubidium base oscillator with OCXO + GPS for excellent low phase noise.
Continuous accurate 1PPS and 10 MHz output during GPS signal loss (holdover).
Coherency within ±10 ns between the 1PPS falling edge and the 10 MHz sine-wave zero crossing.
Automatic calibration function using GPS as a reference.
Purpose-built for digital terrestrial broadcasting transmitters (main / sub stations).
