Ultraband SW470A 0.1 to 6 GHz SPDT RF Switch

The Ultraband SW470A is a wideband SPDT RF switch covering 0.1 to 6 GHz. It combines insertion loss below 1.1 dB with high linearity (39 dBm input P1dB, 55 dBm IIP3), and is controlled from 1.8 to 5 V logic. It is supplied in a 1.5 x 1.5 mm DFN package for standard SMT assembly.
