Ultraband URL6C48 25 to 31 GHz Ka-Band Low Noise Amplifier MMIC

The Ultraband URL6C48 is a Ka-band low noise amplifier MMIC covering 25 to 31 GHz. It provides more than 26.5 dB of gain with a 2.5 dB noise figure at 28 GHz, and 16 dBm IIP3. It is supplied as bare die for satellite, radar and 5G FR2 receive chains.
